Getting to Tortola, BVI :
Your destination to get aboard ROCKSTAR is Hodge's Creek Marina which is not far from Beef Island where you’ll find Tortola’s Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport. Direct commercial flights to Tortola from US and European locations are limited so most travelers choose St Thomas, USVI as a flight destination.
From Cyril E King airport in Charlotte Amalie, a short 10 minute taxi ride gets you to the ferry dock for continuing your trip to Hodges Creek. Several ferry operators provide service to Tortola and we recommend you confirm listed schedules Schedules.Rates can be found at The Best of BVI. After an hour direct ferry ride, you’ll arrive in Road Town, Tortola where you’ll pass through local customs and immigration. Taxi’s await right outside the ferry dock for the last leg of your trip to Hodge’s Creek Marina.
Obtaining supplies for your visit aboard ROCKSTAR is easy. Guests can plan to eat all meals aboard or just some of them. One local market,Rite Way, makes it easy to select, purchase and have your supplies delivered right to ROCKSTAR. Of course you can always go directly to one of the many markets and shop for yourself.The internet is full of recommendations for types of food and supplies best suited for bareboat charters. Websites such as Trip Advisor and Cruisers Forum can be particularly informative.Boarding procedures and boarding time should be discussed directly with your booking coordinator
